Yep, it’s National Running Day today! Bet you didn’t know it was today, did you? Or that there even is a national day set aside to celebrate running and all it’s greatness as a cheap method of exercise.

Neither did I.

But there’s a website, so it must be legitimate.

So anyway — especially today — go out and run.
